Write to us

Any question, bug or idea: admin@ogame.today. Write in English, Russian or Azerbaijani. We usually answer within two working days.

A bug is easier to fix with: your device and iOS version, the chapter and level number, and what you expected to happen.

I bought the full game, but it is still locked

Open Settings and tap “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple Account you bought it with. The purchase is one-time and is tied to that account, so it also works on your other devices and after reinstalling.

My progress disappeared

Progress is kept on the device only — there is no account and nothing is stored on our side. Deleting the app deletes it. A purchase is not lost this way: restore it as described above.

Changing the language

Settings → Language. The list shows the languages whose translation is complete; English is the fallback for everything else. More languages arrive in updates.

Is it accurate science?

The puzzle rules are built on real principles — heat, cold, acids, lipid solvents and so on — but every strain and substance in the game is invented. There are no real diseases, medicines or treatments in it, and nothing in the game is medical advice. The game is rated 9+.
